Our materials are designed for educational purposes and are not intended as toys.
We provide real, functional items — not plastic imitations — to enrich children’s hands-on learning experiences. Some sets may include fragile components made of glass, metal, or porcelain that can break and create sharp edges.
For safety, adult supervision is required at all times when children are using these materials.

All prices on our website are displayed in US dollars (USD) and do not include taxes.
Depending on your shipping destination, duties and taxes may either be prepaid through our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping partners or charged by your local customs before delivery if your order exceeds the tax-free threshold in your country.

We provide global shipping, although shipping restrictions may apply to certain countries.
If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you, cancel the order, and issue a full refund.
Generally, shipping takes approximately 10–15 days.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Shipping
- DDP shipping is offered through our shipping partners for selected regions, including Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia, Canada, and Australia. Under DDP service, duties and taxes are prepaid and included in the shipping fee by the carrier. All customs declarations and tax procedures are handled directly by our shipping partners under their consolidated export system. Individual import or tax receipts are not issued separately for each order.
- The list of DDP-eligible regions may change depending on our shipping partners’ service availability.
- If DDP shipping becomes temporarily unavailable for your destination, we will contact you by email to confirm before dispatch.
Order Value and Shipping Efficiency
- To ensure smoother processing and faster dispatch, we recommend keeping the total value of each order under USD 600.
- Orders with higher declared values may require additional export procedures and could experience longer handling times before shipment.
- This guideline is based on our shipping partners’ export process and helps reduce delays in international delivery.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 60 days from the purchase date you may either return your purchased product to us for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value.
You may need to cover the shipping cost for sending the items back.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

We respect your privacy. Customer information is used solely to process orders, provide updates, and improve our service.
We do not share personal data with third parties except our secure payment processors and shipping partners for order fulfillment.
