Please note that all our products are educational materials and are not intended for use as toys. We provide real items, rather than plastic toys, to enrich children's learning experiences. Shipping
We provide global shipping, although shipping restrictions may apply to certain countries. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you, cancel the order, and issue a full refund. Generally, shipping takes approximately 10-15 days.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 60 days from the purchase date you may either return your purchased product to us for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value. You may need to cover the shipping cost for sending the items back. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
